The store is a little cluttered but their specials are ok.
Late check in not a problem very clean and comfortable rooms ..will stay again no problem .
Nice friendly owner, also had a massage chair in the room , close to the town centre
I don't know what it was about this place, but I just felt really comfortable here. After driving a long distance the gum trees and bird chatter in the garden was wonderful. The staff were very nice and caring. The owner was so courteous to call me warning that the next town I was going to was booked out due to a convention and he made a suggestion of another place where I might stay with my pet. Very thoughtful. I stayed an extra night here just because it was a good place.
Basic, older style motel with small but serviceable rooms. Gets bonus score because of fantastic location. Doesn't need their own pool because it is directly across the road from the town swimming pool which also has large waterslides to keep the kids amused in warmer months and doesn't cost much to get in. McCue's Bakery (great food) is around the corner, and short walk to Subway/McDonalds/KFC and other takeaway and cafe options. 5 minute easy walk to supermarket.
