Just drove 215klms to see doctor uong waited in waiting room for 20 min just to get told the doctors not answering his phone and they dont know where he is . Waited for another 30 min just to be told he wont be in . All for something that a specialist has requested and emailed him the forms and he hasnt sent them back .
Can get in that day which I like although waiting times can be around an hour!Pretty friendly staff, clean and tidy.
Booked in for appointment, 1.5 hours later they had forgotten and seen another who used my name. Amateur hour.
Waiting too long to see someone when you have booked an appointment and your five to half hour early.Then you may get Panadol/Brufen to take and nothing that really does work. They need to starting thinking what the patient is asking for that really work's for them.I've always listen to them now listen to your patient's please? It will help you all in the long run.
Excellent service. Open 7 days a week. Only unfortunate is a longstanding other surgery will not allow them admitting rights to the local hospital so you either go to Adelaide or have to see a doctor from the clinic with exclusive rights to the Hospital if you may need admitting!! Quite appalling I think
