New ordering system is easy to use and they bring your order to your table if dining in. Staff are friendly and polite.
Went there this morning needing sustenance, hung over, wrecked from a day on the water and trying to out Australian every one else on the river. Missing food, muffin was more cardboard than the box it came in and the most average coffee I have had from any Macca's.
How hard is it to fill an order correctly. I order and pay for a double big Mac meal. I get home to find a standard Big Mac. And of course I didn't get a receipt so no point going back. Your customers pay your wages. Take some pride in your work. Not happy
Customer service not the best. They were busy, but serving staff must be better than what was offered. Burger wasn't great either.
The food was amazing here. We were travelling across from 2 states. Tired as hell and the staff were nothing but polite. Thanks guys
